The essence and teachings of the Ancient Chinese art of Chi Kung permeates through everything I do.
Chi Kung is the 3000 year old ancient technology of energy cultivation, balancing and healing. Directing and clearing of the mind, energy and emotions.
Behind your thoughts is an awareness, you can observe yourself thinking, doing, being. Surrendering to this awareness and using your mindfulness – where you place your Intention on what you believe to be true – activates your energy. The effect of which reveals its self in your body, your life, and your experiences.
